PRE-FINISHER POSITIONERS WITHOUT EXTRACTIONS

For the perfect finish. Preformed positioner which idealizes the final occlusion of the patient. It maintains an ideal class I relationship between arches and provides cushioning against irritations, related to ATM problems. Incorporates molded air passages to avoid problems with breathing. As a custom positioner is adjusted on an opposite side, then the patient can gently tighten to completely occlude the appliance. Indications of application: Moderate closing of spaces; small closures of diastemas; 3-4º of Torque; 5-8º rotation and moderate straightening where there are spaces. Choice of sizes is determined by the distance in distal myelimeters from the canine to the midline and distal to the canine along the incisal edge.
