These general contracting conditions are applicable to all commercial transactions carried out on our website www.ortolan.es , a domain owned by ORTOLAN DENTAL, SL a company legally incorporated in Spain.

In general, the relations between ORTOLAN DENTAL, SL , and its clients derived from the sale of the products contained on this website are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction.

ORTOLAN DENTAL, SL reserves the right to modify the commercial offer of the website (modifications to products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any time, although said modifications will not apply to contracts already made.

INTERNET SALES SYSTEM

To make a purchase, the user must add the items they wish to purchase to their shopping cart and follow the steps of the purchasing process defined on our website. At the end of this process, which includes the registration process on the website to identify the buyer, the order is sent electronically to ORTOLAN DENTAL, SL to be processed.

If the customer chooses the option indicated on the website, they will receive a confirmation via email as information that their order has been received. These general contracting conditions apply to orders placed.

The order will be sent along with the corresponding INVOICE.

APPLICABLE TAXES

The prices of the products displayed on the page www.ortolan.es do not include VAT, which is applicable and appropriate to apply based on current regulations.

WAY TO PAY

When placing the order, the customer can freely choose to pay for purchases made by credit card or (mastercard, visa, and visa electron), cash on delivery, paypal. When ordering through the website, and to avoid possible fraud, no other form of payment is contemplated. When placing the order through the website and paying by the indicated means, the customer will automatically have a prompt payment discount of 3% of the purchase value, taxes not included. The total invoice, and the amount to pay, will appear with this discount included.

SHIPPING FORM AND COSTS

ORTOLAN sends orders to its customers through the express transport company NACEX or other similar transport companies within a maximum period of 72 hours depending on the availability of the product. Any order less than €120 net before taxes will include €7 plus VAT for shipping costs.

RETURN OF GOODS

Any incident must be reported prior to any action at the toll-free number 900 101 760.
The client has a period of 10 calendar days from the date of the invoice to exercise their right to return the material.
The merchandise must be in perfect condition, and in its original packaging, with shipping costs being the responsibility of the purchasing party.
You can return it through your courier or certified mail. Our courier will be able to pick up the material at a cost of €10 plus VAT, which will be charged on the invoice.
Once the product is in our warehouses and it has been verified that it is in the same state in which it was sent, we will proceed to make a transfer to the account you indicate. If the order has been paid by card, the refund will be made to your card.

If the return is motivated by error on the part of ORTOLAN, the exchange will be made for the same item or reference, with ORTOLAN bearing the costs of the new shipment.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER AND/OR CUSTOMER

The user and/or client of www.ortolan.es undertakes at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested in the user registration form, and to keep it updated at all times.

Likewise, you agree to keep your personal access codes to our website confidential and with the utmost diligence.

In the event of the sale or marketing of products from our website that require the buyer to be a qualified professional, of legal age, according to current legislation, the buyer states that he or she meets this requirement to formalize the purchase.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

Purchases made with ORTOLAN are subject to Spanish legislation.
