General conditions

ORDERS

All orders will be sent by transport agency or certified mail depending on the amount.

Transportation costs will be included at the customer's expense for orders of less than 120 euros and 300 euros in the case of international shipments or shipments outside the peninsula.

All merchandise will be accompanied by its corresponding delivery note as proof of purchase.

BILLING

Original invoice will be sent biweekly, with the cancellation period being 30 days.

PAYMENT METHODS

Transfer or payment with Visa / Mastercard card.

RETURN OF GOODS

Returns will only be accepted after telephone confirmation by the customer within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of delivery note, and the merchandise must be in its original packaging and with shipping costs borne by the purchasing party.

* Returns of pre-welded bands and Australian wire will not be accepted.

* Returns will not be accepted that do not accompany the duly completed return form.

CE MARKING

All products marketed by us have "CE marking".
