HOW TO USE THE TAD1 SPRING SYSTEM.

MEASUREMENT

• Use the rule specially designed for the TAD. This has holes to simulate the hooks of the spring.
• Introduce the ruler hole in the head of the microimplant and measure the distance to the hook. Write down the measure marked in closest red. Go to the table of forces and select the desired strength.

POSITIONING THE SPRING TAD1

• Extend the spring until the end of the TAD coupling can be slid over the micro screw.
• Pull gently until the hitch noise closes positively on the neck of the implant.
• Insert and hook it completely. It is not necessary ligature.
