NANOSYNT
Its nanostructured, ultraporous morphology affords it an excellent biological response, as it aids anchorage of osteoblasts.
Available in fractions, practical and safe in diverse restorative situations, with no waste. High porosity: Favours vascularisation, osteoblast migration of bone deposits. Enables the connection of forming and/or newly formed bone tissue with surrounding bone tissue. Prevents the forming bone tissue being encapsulated by fibrous connective tissue.
Excellent handling: As it is highly hydrophilic, it must be hydrated drop by drop with saline solution or blood, forming a cohesive mass with excellent usability.
Osteoconductive: As it has an excellent osteoconductive structure, enabling vascularisation and cell deposits.
Practical: Available in fractions (2 or 4 vials of 0.27cc), thus enabling simple and practical application, resulting in minimal material wastage.
Safe: 100% synthetic, increasing biological safety by removing any risk of contamination.
Radiopaque: Allows monitoring with x-ray and CT imaging as new bone forms.
Indications: In small or medium intraoral and maxillofacial bone defects that present at least 3 remaining support walls. In alveolar reconstruction/filling in 1 or more sites(e.g. after exodontics). Reconstruction (horizontal and vertical) in cases of alveolar ridge bone defects. In maxillary sinus lifts. In periodontal regenerative treatment. In peri-implant regenerative treatment. In bone defect filling after apicoectomy, removal of bone cysts and corrective osteotomy.
